At ALAHED CARGO TRANSPORT BY HEAVY TRUCKS, we are committed to providing reliable and timely cargo transport services. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Service Charges

• Once a transport booking is confirmed and our vehicle is dispatched, the service charge is non-refundable.
• Any payments made in advance for services are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations

• You may cancel your booking at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time without penalty.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Service Delays or Failure

In the unlikely event that we fail to deliver your cargo as agreed due to our fault, we will review the case and may offer either:

• A re-delivery at no additional cost, or
• A partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. No Refunds for:

• Client no-shows
• Incomplete or inaccurate cargo documentation
• Cargo improperly packed or declared
